Hello and thanks for stopping by. I've been fishing my entire life. I obtained my Capt. license in 2002, after years of service in the U.S. Coast Guard. I went on to serve over 20 years with the U.S.C.G. in various jobs. When I'm not on the boat I enjoy working on our circa 1702 home and backpacking sections of the Appalachian trail. I sincerely enjoy being on the water and creating new experiences for others. I look forward to meeting you.

None of this would be possible without Anne's support. She can put some fish in the boat too. Her first game fish landed was a big eye tuna over 300 pounds! When she isn't out-fishing the Captain, she's surfing or teaching high school chemistry.

Waylon is in charge of reminding us to always have fun. He is also the official fish licker. When he isn't on the boat he enjoys romps at the beach, backpacking the Appalachian Trail, and naps in front of the woodstove.

Capt. Hanna Toft

We are excited to have Capt Hanna join the team for the 2026 season. Hanna brings over 14 years of experience as a licensed Master Captain and Boating Safety Instructor. Having grown up on the same waterways she’ll be guiding you on, she offers unmatched local knowledge. Additionally, Hanna is a certified SCUBA dive master and avid spear fisher. Her professional experience also includes teaching high school students natural sciences and regularly leading field activities in various subjects like commercial fishing, boat handling, marine biology, ecology and other outdoor vocational skills. She is a very knowledgeable outdoorswoman with a deep love of nature and a knack for sharing that passion.
